Patience Within The Process of Life

I am in the midst of facilitating a 6 week experience leading a group through the process of transformation using the audios from “Breathe Love” and the writing and ideas from Dr. Thurman Fleet’s book, “The Rays of the Dawn.”  The following clip is an excerpt from the class on “Patience.”

Patience is often one of the most challenging, and most required elements of healing, life creation, and personal transformation.  The opposite of patience is “anger and irritation”.  These symptoms of the desire to rush the process of life can cause ill health in many systems of the body as well a break down of the natural joy within life.

The cultivation of this feeling of being okay in the now, and a faith in one’s capacity to shift, grow and heal into the future, is one of life’s most sustaining inner reservoirs.

From within we have the capacity for change, the story of neuroplasticity tells us this, and the story of epigenetics tells us this.  The science is in, telling us the story of how with endurance, commitment, and the creation of new habits we can shift the outcomes of our being and our lives.

Interested in practicing patience using the tracks from Breathe Love?  Download the track now from the website or order your CD.  Here is to dusting off the dreams that deserve resurrection, applying patience, and moving step by step forward.

  1. Awesome video Rhea! Love the patience experience. Living in the moment is the truth of ages. Jesus the master said “heaven is Here Now” which I surmise was his telling the disciples to live in the moment! Great lesson thanks for sharing.
